Corintis, based on the EPFL Campus in St-Sulpice near Lausanne, seeks a Director of Operations and Supply Chain to lead demand planning, ERP governance, and supplier management for a fast-moving hardware startup.

You will own end-to-end supply chain processes, coordinate with finance and manufacturing leadership, drive efficiency, and build a resilient, compliant operation while supporting global partners.

Qualifikationen

• 10-15+ years in manufacturing operations and supply chain, with at least 5 in leadership.
• Experience in hardware, semiconductor, electronics, or precision manufacturing.
• Familiar with fast-paced data centre supply chains.
• Willingness to travel up to 20%.
• Onsite in St-Sulpice, Switzerland.
• Fluent English; other languages a plus.

Aufgaben

• Lead strategic alignment across account management, sales, finance, vendors, and manufacturing.
• Own end-to-end ERP process from PO to revenue recognition and invoicing.
• Assess ERP suitability and potential migration (Odoo focus).
• Oversee RMA management and inventory planning across the company.
• Manage internal supply chain team and establish logistics and packaging.
• Coordinate with CFO on working capital and financing.
• Maintain dual sourcing and supplier continuity; select sites with partners.
• Ensure trade compliance and meet customer requirements.
• Collaborate with VP of Manufacturing on planning for efficient footprint.
