Job summary

Beyond Potentials is seeking a Head of Middle Office – Alternatives to lead the expert team responsible for private markets and hedge fund operations. You will ensure robust fund operations, NAV oversight, and high-quality investment reporting.

This role combines hands-on operational ownership with developing a high-performing team, advancing data governance, controls and scalable workflows across the portfolio.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in investment operations or fund control.
• Strong knowledge of fund accounting and NAV oversight.
• Proven leadership with ability to drive process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Middle Office function with focus on private markets and hedge funds.
• Develop investment reporting and performance analytics for internal stakeholders, including board reporting.
• Drive automation and implement scalable, controls-driven processes.
• Collaborate with investment teams, Legal, Compliance, Risk and external providers.
