Jobgether seeks a strategic Head of Finance - R&D in Switzerland to oversee a complex financial ecosystem for a portfolio of international tech businesses. You will design and manage a multi-banking network, optimize liquidity, FX, and cross-border payments, while partnering with founders on ROI and financial strategy.

You will build scalable treasury processes, lead a high-performing team, and ensure compliant operations across jurisdictions in a fast-paced environment.

Competenze

• Senior finance leadership experience in fast-growing tech/digital businesses.
• Proven track record opening corporate bank accounts and payment processes.
• Deep knowledge of international AML/KYC and cross-border compliance.
• Experience managing multi-currency funds and FX exposure.
• Strong negotiation with banks, legal advisors and service providers.
• Advanced English proficiency (C1/C2) for negotiations and leadership.
• Strategic thinking with financial judgment in international environments.
• Ability to recruit and develop treasury/operational finance teams.

Mansioni

• Design and implement a multi-jurisdictional banking network for international businesses.
• Onboard strategic financial partners including banks, EMIs, PSPs, custodians, and platforms.
• Negotiate terms including fees, payment terms, FX rates, and hedges.
• Establish backup banking relationships and alternative payment channels.
• Manage liquidity, working capital, cash pooling across entities.
• Oversee cross-border transfers via SWIFT, SEPA, ACH, and others with cost efficiency.
• Coordinate banking due diligence and regulatory compliance.
• Partner with founders on unit economics, ROI modeling, and financial strategy.
• Build scalable treasury and finance processes and lead the team.
