Qualifikationen

• 8+ years in corporate Treasury, Treasury technology, finance transformation, banking tech, or treasury advisory with global scope.
• Hands-on Kyriba experience strongly preferred.
• Strong understanding of treasury processes: cash and liquidity, payments, bank connectivity, forecasting, FX, controls.
• Experience leading complex cross-functional projects across Treasury, Finance, Digital Technology, banks and vendors.
• Knowledge of ERP, file-based/API connectivity, ISO 20022 formats, data controls, testing and change governance.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Information Systems; treasury/project-management certification an advantage.
• Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.

Aufgaben

• Own and maintain the global Treasury technology roadmap and prioritize initiatives by value, risk, and resources.
• Act as Treasury owner for Kyriba and related applications; manage backlog, release priorities and escalation paths.
• Define global design principles, standards, governance, roles and responsibilities across regions.
• Partner with Digital Technology on lifecycle, integrations and vendor oversight; monitor usage, KPIs and risk.
• Lead global rollout of treasury system capabilities across regions and entities; scope, milestones and handovers.
• Develop testing strategies and coordinate multiple testing phases; ensure defects are resolved before deployment.
• Ensure implementations are controlled, auditable, and do not disrupt payments, cash visibility, consolidation and forecasting.
