grape is expanding its in-house design capability to lead brand storytelling and visual identity development. You will own the brand narrative, translate it across campaigns, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver cohesive experiences for HR, CFO, and insured customers.

We are seeking a senior designer with a passion for branding, strong typography, and hands-on experience in campaigns, layout, and animation assets.

Qualifikationen

• 6+ years of experience in branding/creative agency or in-house branding teams.
• Proven track record building brands and adapting designs to fit different brand identities.
• Able to review materials to ensure cohesive brand execution and quality.

Aufgaben

• Shape the brand story going forward.
• Execute on our new visual identity and sharpen brand guidelines.
• Lead design projects from concept through delivery.
• Contribute to campaign planning and execution.
• Design and create digital and physical collateral for brand and marketing initiatives.
• Review design work from external partners for quality and consistency.
