Job summary

Hapimag in Steinhausen, Switzerland, is seeking a Head of Data Intelligence to lead a small team and shape a data-driven culture across the company. You will design the data architecture, govern data assets, and drive advanced analytics and ML initiatives, including occupancy forecasts.

The role combines strategic leadership with hands-on analytics and reporting using Looker on the Google tech stack. You will collaborate with stakeholders and the AI department to maximize data-driven insights,

Qualifications

Degree in computer science or business administration.
Around 5 years of relevant experience in data intelligence/architecture.
Proven leadership of data teams and change management projects.
Strong communication in German and English.

Responsibilities

Lead and coach a 3–5 person Data Intelligence team and foster data-driven culture.
Revise and implement the Data Intelligence strategy with governance and architecture.
Drive advanced analytics and ML projects, including occupancy forecasts.
Create reports and visualizations in Looker to enable conversational reporting.
Collaborate with stakeholders and AI teams to maximize data-driven AI usage.
Monitor industry trends and best practices.
