Trybe, a fast-growing creator marketing platform, seeks a Head of DACH to launch and lead the business across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. Initially you’ll bring on brands, grow them, and manage relationships, then build a regional team.

We’re looking for a charismatic, entrepreneurial leader who can shape strategy, win new business, and scale creator programs in the DACH market. This role is remote with regional ownership and significant growth potential.

Formación

• 7+ years of experience in sales, business development, or partnerships.
• Strong network across consumer brands, e-commerce, or agencies in the DACH region.
• Fluent in German and English.
• Proven ability to win new business and grow accounts.
• Entrepreneurial, self-driven, and comfortable building from scratch.
• Leadership experience or a clear ambition to build and lead a team.
• Experience in e-commerce, DTC, paid media, or the creator economy is a strong plus.
• Must be based in Germany, Austria, or Switzerland with the right to work locally.

About The Role

We're looking for a Head of DACH to launch and lead Trybe's business across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.
This is a true leadership role. You'll shape our strategy for the region and, to start, do it all yourself: bringing on new brands, growing them, and managing their relationships. As the region grows, it's on you to build a full team and division.
We're looking for someone extremely charismatic, entrepreneurial, and a natural leader who wants to build something from the ground up.

• Exceptional communication skills and strong presence with founders and senior marketing leaders.
• Entrepreneurial, self-driven, and comfortable building from scratch.
• Leadership experience or a clear ambition to build and lead a team.
• Experience in e-commerce, DTC, paid media, or the creator economy is a strong plus.
• Must be based in Germany, Austria, or Switzerland with the right to work locally.
