Reformed Church Obfelden seeks a Head of Church Community Secretariat to lead administrative operations for the church council, parish staff and volunteers. You will manage the website, create communication materials, maintain the member database and handle correspondence.

The role is 40% workload, starts 1 January 2027, and offers home office options, training opportunities, and a collaborative church community with open council support.

Qualifications

• Commercial secretary qualification (EFZ) or equivalent experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft 365 with good organisational skills.
• Good knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud is an advantage.

Responsabilités

• Administrative duties for the church council, parish office and staff.
• Maintenance of the website and preparation of flyers for analogue and digital communication channels.
• Management of the membership database.
• General correspondence.
