Qualifikationen
- Deep expertise in Life & Health reinsurance with strong grasp of risk transfer mechanisms and capital implications.
- Proven experience leading retrocession or structured transactions from structuring through negotiation and execution.
- Strong capital management knowledge and understanding of solvency/accounting implications.
Aufgaben
- Lead the L&H Retro team, setting strategic direction and ensuring high-quality structuring and execution of transactions across lines of business.
- Develop a deep partnership with the L&H Business Unit to understand portfolio, priorities and capital needs.
- Identify opportunities where retrocession and alternative capital can add value beyond predefined requests.
- Drive ideation to execution for traditional and alternative structures in collaboration with the ILS team.
- Engage with external markets and counterparties to assess appetite and develop opportunities.
- Foster connectivity between L&H and the broader alternative capital partner team.
- Lead and develop a high-performing team with governance, ownership and collaboration.
