Zusammenfassung

Swiss Re in Zurich seeks an experienced Head of Full Risk Transfer & Longevity In-force to lead a global portfolio of life in-force transactions. You will drive strategic direction, governance and technical excellence across data, modelling and analytics while coordinating with pricing, valuation and operations teams.

You will manage complex FRT and longevity transfers, lead system migrations, and shape governance for risk, performance insights and client delivery.

Qualifikationen

• Senior actuary with leadership experience and a proven track record in life reinsurance and longevity.
• Strong background in longevity risk transactions and full risk transfer.
• Experience leading large-scale systems, data-management and migration programmes.
• Ability to translate in-force performance data into strategic actions.
• Proven people leadership and stakeholder-management capabilities.

Aufgaben

• Lead the FRT US & Longevity In-force team with clear priorities and accountability.
• Own operational, technical and commercial management of portfolios.
• Ensure onboarding, data management, modelling, monitoring and governance.
• Drive longevity systems transformation, including migration delivery and benefits realization.
• Oversee actuarial activities: experience analysis, modelling, valuation support, validation.
• Provide decision-oriented insights on performance, trends and risk drivers.
• Manage client matters, disputes and contractual compliance.
• Collaborate with Pricing, Valuation, Finance and Operations on new transactions.
• Improve processes, controls, documentation and technology across in-force lifecycle.
• Represent FRT & Longevity In-force with stakeholders and clients.
