Zusammenfassung

Randstad Switzerland is seeking a Compliance Support Specialist in GxP training to support the Engineering and Training teams in Basel or Kaiseraugst. The role includes developing training materials, maintaining the Cornerstone LMS, and coordinating GMP-compliant training programs for pharmaceutical facilities.

The ideal candidate has 3-5 years in training and compliance within GMP environments, strong analytical skills, and fluent German with good English.

Qualifikationen

• Completed vocational training or degree in a pharmaceutical company.
• At least 3-5 years of practical experience in administration, quality assurance, and training in pharma/chemical/biotechnological facilities.
• Sufficient experience with the Cornerstone Learning Management System.
• Extensive experience in a GMP-regulated work environment.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Excellent written and spoken German; good English is an advantage.

Aufgaben

• Administrative support for training measures arising from local and global requirements, and participation in implementing training concepts.
• Development of training materials and organization of training courses.
• Support client departments in implementing the training strategy.
• Active communication with our clients' training organizations.
• Maintenance of the Cornerstone Learning Management System.
• Support with project activities.
