Exeon Analytics is seeking a hands-on Revenue Operations Manager to connect people, processes, data and technology across Sales, Marketing and Channel to drive predictable growth. You will establish reliable commercial data, improve pipeline visibility and provide actionable insights for business decisions in a fast-growing scale-up.

You will report to the CRO and collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Channel, Pre‑Sales and Finance to optimize the commercial tech stack, dashboards and governance,

Qualifications

• Experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations or similar roles in B2B software.
• Proficiency with CRM data, dashboards and pipeline management.
• Strong analytical mindset with data-driven decision making.

Responsabilités

• Build and maintain dashboards for ARR, bookings, pipeline coverage and forecast accuracy.
• Define and improve pipeline stages, qualification criteria and reporting cadence.
• Support target setting, territory allocation and sales compensation.
• Optimize CRM usage and data standards across Sales, Marketing, Channel and Pre‑sales.
• Document and improve commercial processes, ownership, and handovers.
• Measure funnel performance and attribution across Marketing, Sales and Channel.
