Job summary

Vontobel is seeking a Digital Growth & Web Publishing Manager to drive the full client journey across our websites. You will plan and optimize digital campaigns (SEA, paid social, display) and publish content in our enterprise CMS, ensuring accuracy across markets and languages.

You will link tracking, analytics and CRM handover to business impact. In this role you collaborate with marketing, agencies and technology teams, implement tagging, monitor budgets, run A/B tests and improve conversion.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of experience in digital marketing and web content management, with hands-on campaign execution and CMS publishing.
• Experience managing SEA and paid media campaigns with budgeting and performance measurement.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate data into improvements.
• Hands-on tagging, tag management, website analytics and conversion tracking experience.
• Experience optimizing the full digital client journey including CRM handover and follow-up.
• Structured work style with attention to detail when managing multiple content versions.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute and optimize digital campaigns (SEA, paid social, display).
• Publish and maintain content across Vontobel’s websites in enterprise CMS.
• Implement and validate tracking, tags and reporting with analytics teams.
• Monitor budgets and analyze performance across the client journey.
• Coordinate content across markets and languages for accuracy and timing.
• Develop marketing workflows and explore automation/AI tools.
