Job summary

Bank Vontobel is seeking a Digital Growth & Web Publishing Manager to shape online acquisition and nurture seamless content across its global websites. You will plan, execute, and optimise digital campaigns, publish multilingual pages in the enterprise CMS, and link analytics to commercial outcomes.

You will collaborate with marketing, agencies, and technology teams to drive conversion improvements, ensure accuracy, and deliver timely regulatory content while exploring AI-powered workflows.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years in digital marketing and web content management.
• Experience with SEA and paid media campaigns and budget management.
• Strong analytical mindset with data-driven optimization.
• Hands-on tagging and website analytics experience.
• Experience improving full digital client journeys and CRM handover.
• Structured, detail-oriented, and multi-version content management.
• Strong stakeholder and project coordination.
• Fluent in English and German; other languages a plus.
• Experience with HTML/CSS/JS, SQL or image editing advantageous.
• Experience in financial services or regulated industry a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute and optimise digital campaigns (SEA, paid social, display).
• Manage end-to-end digital acquisition journey and CRM handover.
• Implement and validate campaign tracking and reporting.
• Monitor budgets and analyse performance to improve conversions.
• Create, publish and maintain website content and landing pages in the CMS.
• Support publication of regulatory and financial content following approvals.
• Improve content/structure for GEO marketing via analytics and A/B testing.
• Check pages for accuracy, functionality and brand consistency.
• Coordinate with marketing, agencies and tech teams to deliver campaigns and updates.
• Develop new marketing workflows and AI-assisted journeys.
