Qualifikationen

• PhD in natural sciences or engineering.
• International leadership experience in research groups.
• Experience managing research or instrumentation projects.
• Experience acquiring and leading third‑party funded projects.
• Strong communication and leadership in international environments.
• Willingness to participate in partial shift operation and work in controlled zones.

Aufgaben

• Provide scientific and personnel leadership of the Soft Matter Group.
• Support user experiments at SINQ and develop soft matter instruments at SINQ.
• Acquire and manage third‑party funded projects and develop long‑term strategy.
• Present results in peer‑reviewed publications and conferences.
• Supervise students and early‑career researchers and deliver lectures.
