Qualifikationen

• Advanced degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• 10-15 years of FP&A or Group Finance experience in a multinational.
• Proven people leadership experience.
• Strong financial modelling skills incl. PVM, profitability, GTN, and sales forecasting.
• Experience in pharma, preferably Injectables Aesthetics/ Dermatology/ Skincare.
• Advanced Excel; experience with PBCS/ORACLE and BI tools; AI/ analytics is a bonus.
• Fluent in English; additional languages a plus.

Aufgaben

• Own Group MRP financial consolidation across regions, brands, and functions.
• Coordinate planning submissions and ensure consistency of assumptions and timelines.
• Consolidate and challenge regional plans, identify risks and opportunities.
• Translate business drivers into a clear Group outlook for senior leadership.
• Lead analyses of brand profitability, PVM, GTN, and commercial performance.
• Drive AI-enabled forecasting and adoption of new forecasting methodologies.
