Zusammenfassung

Richemont is seeking an experienced Group Compensation Manager to drive the design, implementation and management of compensation practices across the Richemont Group. You will collaborate with Maisons, Regions and Group Central Functions to align with business strategy and ensure a consistent rewards approach.

The role requires comfort with strategic and operational tasks, strong analytical skills and the ability to influence diverse stakeholders in English with French a plus.

Qualifikationen

  • 5+ years' experience in Rewards or closely related area in a multinational environment.
  • Strong knowledge of compensation and benefits principles and practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to work with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to work autonomously and proactively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven project and change-management capabilities.

Aufgaben

  • Implement and maintain Group compensation practices, ensuring alignment with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor effectiveness of compensation programs and recommend improvements.
  • Support the annual compensation review process and related processes (benchmarks, short- and long-term incentives, package definition).
  • Advise Maisons, Regions and Central Functions on compensation-related matters aligned to business priorities and local realities.
  • Provide benchmarks and analyses on internal/external trends to ensure Richemont's rewards are attractive and competitive.
  • Lead or support global compensation projects with internal and external stakeholders and accompany implementation with relevant functions.
  • Contribute to the Group Rewards road map with Benefits and International Mobility teams.

HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?

We are looking for an experienced Group Compensation Manager to drive and support the design, implementation, and management of compensation practices and processes across the Richemont Group.

This position involves close collaboration with key stakeholders, including Maisons, Regions, and Group Central Functions, to ensure alignment with business strategy and a consistent approach to rewards. You will be required to interact on a daily basis with global partners, Regions and Markets on the implementation and management of compensation processes and projects.

In this role, your key responsibilities will be:

  • Implement and maintain the Group compensation practices, ensuring alignment with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor the effectiveness of compensation programs and make recommendations for improvements.
  • Support Maisons, Regions and Central Functions on the annual compensation review process and other compensation processes (benchmarks, short-terms-incentives, long-term incentives, package definition).
  • Develop partnerships with Maisons, Regions and Central Functions to support and advise on compensation-related matters adapted to business priorities, local realities, and context, ensuring consistency with the overall Group rewards strategy.
  • Provide benchmarks and analyses related to internal and external trends and competitive positioning to ensure Richemont's rewards offerings are attractive and competitive and to drive optimal decisions related to compensation matters.
  • Lead or support ad hoc compensation-related global projects (e.g., pay equity initiative, job grading, digital transformation, commission schemes, Pay Transparency) in collaboration with internal (Finance, Legal, HR) and external (Consulting companies, Audit companies) stakeholders and accompany implementation with Maisons, Regions and Central Functions.
  • Contribute to the road map of the Group Rewards team, partnering with Benefits and International Mobility colleagues.
HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?

You are comfortable with both strategic and operational tasks.

Acting as a team-player, you build challenging partnership with your stakeholders based on strong analytical & synthesis skills and ability to influence and embark people in English, French is a plus.

Curiosity and innovative thinking will also contribute to your success.

YOU:
  • University Master's Degree level education or equivalent.
  • 5+ years' experience in Rewards or closely related area, with experience in a multi-national organization.
  • Strong knowledge of compensation and benefits principles and practices.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with a multitude of stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to work autonomously and proactively.
  • Ability to deal with complexity and ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven strategic thinking and business acumen
  • Demonstrated project and change management skills
  • Proficiency in compensation benchmarking tools (e.g., Mercer, WTW, Korn Ferry)
  • Proficiency in HRIS platforms (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, Workday),
  • Experience in MS Office tools.
