Job summary

ERM is seeking a Groundwater Modeling & Environmental Data Management Consultant to contribute to cross-border environmental projects across Europe. You will apply groundwater modeling, hydrogeology, and data management to support regulatory and sustainability goals.

You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, work in a hybrid setup in Europe, and contribute to client deliverables, reporting, and data governance while ensuring quality and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in groundwater modeling or related field.
• Experience with MODFLOW/FEFLOW/Visual MODFLOW or similar tools.
• Strong skills in environmental data analysis and management.

Responsibilities

• Develop, calibrate, and interpret groundwater flow and contaminant transport models.
• Manage, analyze, and validate hydrogeological and environmental datasets.
• Support site investigations, remediation projects, and groundwater assessments.
• Prepare technical reports, model documentation, and client deliverables.
• Integrate environmental monitoring data into databases and visualization tools.
• Collaborate with hydrogeology, remediation, risk assessment, and environmental engineering specialists.
• Support client presentations and contribute to project planning and execution.
• Ensure data quality, consistency, and regulatory compliance.
