MATISA Matériel Industriel S.A. in Crissier (VD) seeks a Graphic & Multimedia Designer to transform technical products and ideas into clear, engaging visual content across print, digital, video and events.

You will develop visuals for campaigns, trade fairs and corporate communication, produce photo and video content on site, and contribute to MATISA’s global visual identity within a dynamic international industrial environment. Fluency in French and strong English needed.

MATISA is looking for a Graphic & Multimedia Designer to join its Marketing & Communication team.

In this role, you will transform technical products, ideas and messages into clear, engaging and high-quality visual content across print, digital, video and event formats.

YOUR MISSION

You will contribute to the development and consistency of MATISA’s visual identity across a wide range of communication activities:

• Create print and digital communication materials, including brochures, flyers, banners, presentations, technical sheets, signage and corporate content
• Develop visual concepts for products, marketing campaigns, trade fairs and corporate communication
• Produce photo and video content on site and during events
• Edit and adapt multimedia content for digital, corporate and event use
• Create and maintain corporate templates and Marketing & Communication documentation
• Contribute to exhibition and booth design for international trade fairs
• Produce 2D technical illustrations based on engineering data
• Participate in animation, immersive content and 3D visualization projects
• Coordinate with internal teams, communication agencies and specialized external partners

YOUR PROFILE

• Degree or qualification in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, Visual Communication or a related field
• 3–5 years of professional experience, ideally in an industrial, B2B or agency environment
• Excellent command of Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere Pro and After Effects
• Proven experience in photography, video shooting and post-production
• Comfortable working with professional audiovisual equipment such as cameras, GoPro, Insta360 cameras, microphones and lighting
• Good understanding of digital media, video formats and print production
• Knowledge of Figma is an advantage
• Fluent in French with strong English skills
