UBS in Zürich is seeking ambitious graduates to join the 2027 Marketing, Design & Digital Sales (MDDS) Graduate Talent Program. Over 18 months, you will rotate through marketing, design and digital sales, collaborating on campaigns, improving client experiences and learning about UBS’s global footprint and innovative, client-focused strategies.

You’ll be mentored by senior leaders, attend educational events, and develop a strong professional network while gaining broad exposure to the bank’s

Qualifikationen

• Recent graduate (graduated in the last 24 months).
• Bachelor's or Master's degree completed by program start date.
• Swiss GPA 4.5 or higher.
• No more than two years of full-time work experience.
• Interest in data-driven marketing and digital tools.

Aufgaben

• Collaborate on strategic projects to improve client experience and engagement.
• Learn about UBS Marketing, Design & Digital Sales offering in Switzerland.
• Build a professional network with mentors and business leaders.
• Attend educational events led by senior leaders for exposure to the business.
• Work with the Zürich MDDS team on campaigns and digital channels.
