Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics or related field, or Swiss Federal Diploma in Fiduciary Services / Finance and Accounting.
• First work experience in insurance or finance is a plus.
• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and follow-through.
• Strong ability to work independently with solid analytical skills.
• Resilient, proactive, customer-focused with problem-solving mindset.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt, with proactive developing new skills.
• Excellent German and English skills mandatory; advanced French is a strong asset.
