Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics or related field or Swiss Diploma in Fiduciary Services / Finance and Accounting
• First work experience in the insurance or finance industry is a plus
• Highly organized personality with exceptional attention to detail and follow-through
• Strong ability to work independently with solid analytical skills to evaluate information and make informed judgments
• Resilient, proactive, and customer-focused with a positive attitude toward solving complex problems for clients
• Eagerness to learn and adapt, with proactive development of new skills and embracing innovative auditing technologies
• Excellent German and English skills are mandatory; advanced French skills are a strong asset

• Conduct and support audits of consolidated and annual financial statements under IFRS and Swiss standards
• Analyze and assess business processes and workflows for our clients in the insurance industry
• Develop technical expertise by tackling regulatory requirements, risk management and advanced accounting principles
