• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics or a related field, or a Swiss Federal Diploma in Fiduciary Services / Finance and Accounting
• First work experience in the insurance or finance industry is a plus

• Strong ability to work independently, with solid analytical skills to evaluate information and make informed judgments
• Resilient, proactive, and customer-focused, with a positive attitude towards solving complex problems and addressing client needs
