UNIL's Department of Organizational Behavior invites applications for a Graduate Assistant position in Organizational Behavior. The role combines doctoral studies with teaching, administrative and research support for a supervising professor.

The initial contract is one year, renewable up to five years in total, with 80–100% workload. Start date is February 1, 2027 or a mutually agreed date; work location is the Internef Building on the Dorigny campus, Lausanne.

Competenze

• Research-oriented Master’s degree in management, organizational behavior, economics, sociology, psychology, or a related field

Mansioni

• 50% of the assistant’s time will be dedicated to completion of doctoral studies in Leadership.
• 50% of the assistant’s time will be dedicated to providing teaching, administrative, and research support for the supervisor
