Zusammenfassung

LHH in Zurich seeks an experienced DevOps Engineer (Golang) to own the enterprise GitLab platform, ensuring reliability and scale. You will optimize CI/CD pipelines, automate operations, and support development teams across the organization.

Fluent English and German (B1) are required. This is a high-impact contract with strong prospects for permanent employment, based in a modern hybrid Zurich office with on-call rotations. You will join a skilled, collaborative engineering group.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Computer Science or equivalent certification; several years of professional experience.
• Strong Golang development experience and cloud-native tech stack (Echo, Kubebuilder, SQLC, Temporal).
• Experience building modern frontends with React and Material UI; CI/CD pipelines mastery.
• Solid SQL/NoSQL knowledge with PostgreSQL, MongoDB and Kafka; REST and GraphQL熟悉.
• Familiar with OpenID Connect (OIDC) authentication and microservices design.
• Experience in Agile environments and on-call rotations; telecom/Telco exposure a plus.
• Residence in Switzerland or willingness to relocate; German B1+ preferred.
• Strong problem-solving and collaborative mindset; cross-functional delivery focus.

Aufgaben

• Develop and maintain cloud-native apps and microservices with Golang.
• Design scalable backend solutions using Echo, Kubebuilder, SQLC, Temporal.
• Build frontend apps with React and Material UI; ensure cohesive UX.
• Design, implement, and improve CI/CD pipelines for automation.
• Deploy and troubleshoot containerized apps with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Develop RESTful APIs and GraphQL services for internal/external use.
• Implement secure authentication using OpenID Connect (OIDC).
• Maintain data solutions with PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Kafka.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable software.
• Monitor performance, reliability, and security; resolve issues proactively.
• Drive DevOps best practices across the SDLC; enable rapid delivery.
