Bachem SA in Vionnaz, Switzerland, seeks a Technical Author to join the TechOps team at 1895 Vionnaz (VS). You will create and maintain GMP manufacturing documentation, support technology transfer and new product introductions, and digitalize manufacturing records.

Applicants should hold a Master’s degree or PhD in Chemistry or related field, with 3–5 years in GMP pharma/chemical environments and strong technical writing skills. Fluent English and French are required; German is a plus.

Qualifikationen

• Master's degree or PhD in Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Biochemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related discipline.
• Strong scientific background with understanding of chemical/pharmaceutical manufacturing processes.
• 3–5 years of experience in GMP-regulated environment.
• Experience in technical writing, manufacturing documentation, tech transfer, or process development.

Aufgaben

• Create, review, and maintain GMP documentation for manufacturing operations and tech transfer.
• Prepare MBPRs, manufacturing instructions, protocols, reports and related technical documents.
• Translate process knowledge into compliant, manufacturing-ready documentation.
• Collaborate with Process Scientists, lab teams, Manufacturing and QA.
• Support technology transfer from familiarization to commercial implementation.
• Participate in new product introduction and manufacturing readiness activities.
• Ensure documentation complies with GMP and regulatory requirements.
• Contribute to eMBPR implementation and digitalization of documentation.
