• 3-10 years of work experience in a GMP environment.
• Projects range CHF 10K - 200K.
• Degree from technical college or university; preferred mechanical engineering, process technology, bio- or chemical engineering.
• Strong communication skills; fluent in English and German.
• Highly independent, structured, and flexible working style.
• Excellent leadership in a matrix organization.
• Understanding of business and financial processes.

Aufgaben

• Technical project management in planning and realization of small to mid-sized investment projects with direct impact on production/business results.
• Perform process engineering calculations and plant optimizations.
• Conduct feasibility studies of new plants or rebuilds including cost estimation, scheduling and functionality.
• Plan, realize and support production adjustments and product launches.
• Elaborate possible technical solutions and evaluate advantages and disadvantages.
• Procurement and organization of resources for timely execution of a project.
