Job summary

Lonza seeks a Bioprocess Engineer (m/f/d) for Visp, Switzerland, to plan, execute and improve GMP bioprocesses. This on-site role requires collaboration with Operations, MSAT, Quality and Engineering to ensure quality and safety in medicine manufacturing.

You will document campaigns, support GMP production, and contribute to SOPs, EBRs and change controls, with a focus on first-time-right quality. Relocation support may be available.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and document GMP manufacturing campaigns.
• Provide technical and organizational support for GMP production.
• Create and review GMP documentation (EBRs, SOPs, work instructions).
• Address deviations, CAPAs, change controls with a first-time-right mindset.
• Monitor KPIs and drive improvements using Lean/Six Sigma/Kaizen.
