Job summary

Roche is seeking a Global Supply Chain Process Architect for Warehousing & Regulatory Compliance. The role leads architectural design, standardization, and regulatory governance across inbound receiving, storage, picking, packing, and distribution within a global network.

You will bridge physical warehouse layouts with WMS/automation, ensure GDP, cGMP, FDA/Regulatory compliance, and implement Lean transformations to improve density, throughput, and accuracy while coordinating with Quality,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, industrial engineering, logistics or related field (MBA/Masters preferred).
• 8+ years of progressive leadership in supply chain with emphasis on warehouse operations.
• Hands-on experience designing or implementing enterprise WMS and automated material handling.

Responsibilities

• Lead E2E warehouse process design, standardization, and process mapping (inbound, putaway, picking, packing, cycle counting, returns).
• Design for distribution: global layouts, material flow, slotting across DCs and hubs.
• Define SOPs, SLAs, and DoA controls for outsourced warehouse ops and 3PLs.
