Job summary

Roche is seeking a Global Supply Chain Process Architect for Warehousing & Regulatory Compliance in Rotkreuz. You will lead end-to-end warehouse process design, ensure GDP/cGMP compliance, and align WMS and automation with global regulatory standards.

The role requires deep Lean and systems thinking to optimize storage, material flow, and 3PL governance. You will collaborate with Quality, Manufacturing, SHE, and Commercial Logistics to enable seamless product launches within a strict regulatory

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, industrial engineering, logistics or related field.
8+ years leading warehouse ops, distribution or site logistics in pharma/biotech.
Hands-on experience with enterprise WMS and automated material handling.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end warehouse process architecture (inbound, putaway, picking, packing, shipping).
Design for distribution with global layout standards and slotting strategies.
Lead regulatory compliance: GDP, cGMP, FDA 21 CFR 11/820, EHS/OSHA.
Drive lean improvements to increase throughput and reduce costs.
