Zusammenfassung

Movora seeks a Global Vice President, Product & Business Operations to build and lead a unified global organization spanning Product Management, R&D, Clinical Evaluation, Manufacturing, Global Supply Chain, and Quality.

This hands-on executive will establish structure, SOPs, and operating cadences, translate strategy into executable plans, ensure product availability, and scale the organization while collaborating with the CEO and senior leadership.

Qualifikationen

• Strong financial and business acumen with budgeting, resources, and capital investments.
• Ability to communicate with executive leadership, boards, and manufacturing teams.
• Fluency in English; German language proficiency strongly preferred for Zurich option.

• Lead and develop Directors across PM, R&D, Clinical Evaluation, Manufacturing, and Global Supply Chain.
• Drive stage-gated development, launches, and sustainable innovation pipeline.
• Establish defined global Quality function and end-to-end operating model.
