Sobi seeks a Global PV Partnership & Operations Director to lead the PV Partnership & Operations function, ensuring compliant, efficient PV activities with partners and internal stakeholders. The role oversees governance, case exchange, and safety data management across global partners.

Leading a multinational team, you will drive inspection readiness, PV system enhancements, and collaboration with Safety Science and RDMA functions to maintain GVP and GCP standards.

Qualifikationen

• University-level qualification in biosciences, healthcare or pharmacy.
• At least 10 years in pharmacovigilance within the pharmaceutical industry.
• Experience leading and developing teams in a complex environment.
• Strong organizational, planning and problem-solving skills.
• Working knowledge of IQVIA Vigilance Platform.

Aufgaben

• Lead and manage the PV Partnership & Operations function with strategic direction and governance.
• Ensure PVAs/SDEAs are defined, implemented and fulfilled with partners.
• Oversee study and product-level safety data management and reporting.
• Ensure audits, inspections readiness and tax compliance of PV activities.
• Drive PV system configuration, vendor oversight and cross-functional collaboration.
