Qualifikationen

• 10+ years of experience in visual merchandising for a fashion brand.
• 5–6 years of experience leading a team.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Excellent knowledge of VM strategies and processes.
• Fluency in English; other languages a plus.

• Design and implement visual strategy for the European market.
• Plan all visual merchandising projects in the market.
• Train and coach visual team.
• Manage department budget.
• Supervise and support retail events.
