C&M Travel Recruitment seeks a Senior Head of UHNW Client Development for international markets, based in Zürich. The role blends origination with strategic relationship building and commercial accountability, with travel planning handled by a specialized team.

You will leverage an established UHNW network and collaborate with leadership to expand the client base across Switzerland and abroad, delivering exceptional travel experiences with concierge-level service.

Formación

• An established UHNW network and ability to activate within months.
• Proven track record originating substantial new business with private clients.
• Credibility to engage with sophisticated clients and advisers.
• Strong commercial judgement, discretion and integrity.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with strategic, growth-focused approach.
• Fluent English; knowledge of additional European languages is advantageous.
