EPFL, the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology in Lausanne, seeks a Student Mobility Coordinator (70%) to manage incoming exchange students at Bachelor and Master levels and to organize welcoming activities. The role supports the Mobility Office with applications, grants and payments, and answers inquiries from universities and internal teams.

The ideal candidate is a bilingual communicator with strong organisational skills, a customer-focused mindset, and a keen sense of public service.

Qualifikationen

• Autonomy in management of files and administrative tasks.

• Excellent written and verbal communication in French and English.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.

Aufgaben

• Administrative management of incoming exchange students for Bachelor and Master courses.
• Organisation of welcome events for incoming students.
• Support of the Mobility Office: processing applications, receipt of grant contracts, payment of grants, etc.
• Answering questions from universities, students, laboratories and internal services.
