United Nations Environment Programme (UNEP) in Geneva seeks a consultant for the Chemicals and Health Branch to support GEF-funded programmes focused on supply chains and global monitoring of hazardous chemicals. You will lead stakeholder engagement and coordinate partners across regions to enhance programme delivery.

You will design engagement activities, build strategic partnerships, and provide guidance on inclusion, gender-responsive approaches, and knowledge sharing to strengthen outcomes

Qualifikationen

• Advanced degree in international relations, environmental sciences, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in stakeholder engagement or related areas.
• Experience with GEF-funded projects and sustainable supply chains is highly desirable.
• Fluency in English is mandatory; knowledge of French or Spanish is desirable.

• Develop and implement stakeholder engagement strategies, action plans, and frameworks.
• Design and facilitate high-impact stakeholder engagement activities.
• Establish and strengthen strategic partnerships, networks, and coordination mechanisms.
• Provide technical guidance on stakeholder engagement with cross-functional teams.
• Monitor and evaluate engagement activities, document outcomes, and prepare reports.
• Support organization of global and regional forums and events, including Global Supply Chains Forum.
