As a Technical Project Manager, you will advise customers through their SASE transformation, provide project planning and technical guidance, and coordinate with multiple stakeholders to ensure smooth deployment.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of experience managing technical, cross-functional deployments.
• Excellent understanding and practice of project management processes, strategies, and methodologies.
• Strong written and verbal communications skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills; able to set guidelines for others.
• Experience in budgeting burn rate and consumption forecast.
• Knowledge of IT infrastructure concepts (routing, switching, firewall).
• Experience with SaaS or subscription-based models is a plus.
• Experience in telecommunications procurement and deployment is a plus.
• Ability to work with global teams across time zones.

Aufgaben

• Lead multiple concurrent cross-functional and global customer projects with multiple deployment work streams.
• Develop and maintain project management deliverables (schedules, milestones, dependencies).
• Own and maintain burn rate and forecast reports; communicate with customers throughout the lifecycle.
• Define roles and responsibilities for staff required for deployments.
• Collaborate with Sales Engineering and Professional Services to ensure successful project execution.
• Work with Customer Success leadership to improve practices and customer satisfaction.
