dormakaba Schweiz AG is seeking an experienced Global Program PMO Lead to establish governance and operating rhythms for a multi-year transformation. You will orchestrate delivery across business units, regions, and partners, driving accountability and transparency at the highest levels.

With 7+ years in program management and a strong SAP/ERP transformation background, you will define the program model, manage budgets and risks, and mentor PMs to strengthen the Global IT PMO capabilities.

Qualifikationen

• 7+ years in program or project management, including leadership of a strategic PMO.
• Proven track record in large-scale SAP/ERP or enterprise transformation.
• Strong governance, planning, budgeting, risk and change control.
• Experience leading international, matrixed delivery organisations.
• Able to engage with C-level sponsors and executives.

Aufgaben

• Establish and lead the PMO for a global SAP transformation.
• Define program operating model, governance, standards, and tools.
• Maintain an integrated roadmap across scope, milestones, resources, budgets, risks, dependencies.
• Orchestrate delivery across 100+ matrixed resources, regions and external partners.
• Lead Steering Committees, Program Boards and executive reporting.
• Create transparency and drive accountable decisions.
• Manage program risks, issues, dependencies, and change control.
• Drive resource and capacity planning across workstreams.
• Hold SAP system integrators and service providers to commitments.
• Support business readiness, handover, hypercare, and closure.
