Viking is seeking a Functional HRIS Payroll Analyst to bridge Payroll Operations and HR systems, focusing on SAP ECP and Employee Central Payroll. You will support operations, test changes, validate data, and report on payroll performance from a global in-house team.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in Payroll/HRIS, strong SAP ECP knowledge, and experience with multinational payroll environments, including Switzerland and neighboring regions. Basel-based role with flexible hours.

Qualifikationen

5+ years in Payroll/HRIS/SAP ECP or related systems.
End-to-end payroll operations knowledge.
Experience with payroll testing, data validation, and process improvement.
Gather requirements and coordinate with IT and external providers.
Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills.
Experience in multinational payroll environments; Switzerland/Germany/France desirable.
