Haleon seeks a Senior Responsible Business Manager to drive the global Responsible Business strategy for the OTC category, partnering with diverse teams across Regions, Central Sustainability and Brand & Design.

You will lead environmental and social programmes, build capabilities across the OTC category, and translate purpose into action across our brands while advancing health literacy and inclusive access.

Qualifikationen

• 7–10 years experience in sustainability programmes.
• Experience planning and executing environmental or social sustainability programmes.
• Experience managing global cross-functional and cross-cultural programmes.
• Knowledge of FMCH/FMCG industries.
• Strong passion for sustainability and delivering results.

Aufgaben

• Provide input into development of the OTC Category Responsible Business strategy.
• Lead cross-functional teams for global environmental and social projects.
• Initiate category-level activations for healthy planet and health inclusivity.
• Partner with brand teams to translate purpose into action across brands.
• Collaborate with Central Sustainability to align with Haleon goals.
• Guide Business Units in amplifying responsible business activations.
• Deliver capability-building programmes across the OTC category.
