Everest in Warren, NJ seeks a Director, Global Reserving Actuary to lead reserve analyses for Insurance and Reinsurance portfolios. You will develop reserve indications, interpret findings for business partners, and support financial and strategic decision-making.

You will mentor junior staff, drive governance of reserving methodologies, collaborate with Claims, Underwriting, Pricing and Finance, and interact with regulators.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field required.
• 5-10 years of P&C actuarial experience with significant reserving experience.
• ACAS required; FCAS preferred.
• Strong knowledge of reserving methodologies and standards.
• Experience communicating analyses to senior stakeholders.
• Proficiency with actuarial software, SQL, Python, or related tools.

Mansioni

• Lead quarterly reserve reviews and reserve indication analyses.
• Evaluate reserve adequacy via historical development patterns and trends.
• Present reserve recommendations to reserving leadership.
• Provide insights on adverse development, volatility, and exposures.
• Support quarterly financial close and external reporting.
