Zusammenfassung

VAT Group is seeking a Quality Manager for Global Account to lead quality activities for a major customer, coordinating Product Quality Engineers and aligning with Product Management and cross-functional teams. You will drive a zero-defect culture, manage escalations, and influence quality across regions.

You will define objectives, monitor KPIs, and maintain strong customer relationships while ensuring adherence to ISO and IATF standards.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of experience in quality management with direct customer interaction.
• Experience with quality processes for high-tech components in a global market.
• Experience in the semiconductor industry and Copy Exact requirements.
• Strong knowledge of quality management methodologies and tools (8D, Ishikawa, FMEA, SPC).
• Audit, project, change management experience; ISO/IATF standards knowledge.

Aufgaben

• Lead the Global Account / Key Account Product Quality Engineers and coordinate activities.
• Act as primary customer interface for all quality topics and escalations.
• Ensure market product quality and support customer-specific quality objectives.
• Manage quality escalations and coordinate corrective actions with cross-functional teams.
• Define and track annual customer-specific quality objectives and initiatives.
• Own the Quality section of the customer scorecard and related communications.
• Monitor KPIs and implement corrective measures; drive standardization of QA processes.
• Build strong relationships with customers and global stakeholders.
• Lead or support customer visits and audits; drive continuous improvement.
