Zusammenfassung

Veolia is seeking a proactive and organized Project Manager to join our team in Mägenwil, Switzerland. In this role, you will oversee the successful execution of projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

Plan and track timelines; coordinate technical and commercial topics with internal teams, suppliers, and clients; review project documentation; maintain meeting protocols; manage budgets and risks; support on-site commissioning; ensure compliance

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a technical field.
• Strong negotiation, organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to understand technical and commercial issues.
• Fluency in English and German (spoken and written).
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills; willingness to travel internationally.

Aufgaben

• Plan and track project timelines to ensure smooth execution.
• Coordinate technical and commercial topics with internal teams, suppliers, and clients.
• Review and manage project documentation for accuracy and completeness.
• Prepare and maintain meeting protocols with suppliers and clients.
• Manage project budgets, track expenses, and implement cost-effective solutions.
• Monitor project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Expedite purchased equipment to meet project deadlines.
• Participate in on-site commissioning activities.
• Ensure compliance with local, national, and international regulations, including environmental and safety standards.
