Zusammenfassung

LHH supports a leading international healthcare and diagnostics company in Rotkreuz to recruit a Global Project Manager (Assay Development). The role leads cross-functional product development programs across research, software engineering, and commercial teams, ensuring delivery in both SAFe and traditional environments.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years PM experience in diagnostics or related industries, strong stakeholder management, and excellent communication skills.

Qualifikationen

• PM experience in product development, R&D, or medical devices.
• Experience in Assay Development and software engineering environments.
• Proven ability to deliver in both Waterfall and SAFe/Hybrid setups.
• Strong planning, budgeting, and governance experience.

Aufgaben

• Establish project structures for development and care activities.
• Develop and monitor integrated project plans, timelines, budgets, and resources.
• Ensure alignment across scientific and software teams.
• Coordinate activities from concept to completion.
• Facilitate milestone reviews and governance meetings.
• Monitor progress, risks, and dependencies; adjust plans.
