Fortil is seeking a Project Engineer to lead and coordinate engineering projects in Switzerland, from concept to execution, delivering on time, within budget, and meeting performance objectives. You will work with production, quality, maintenance, and external partners on industrial investment projects and process improvements.

The ideal candidate has 3–10 years in GMP environments, strong project management skills, and experience budgeting CHF 10,000–CHF 200,000.

Qualifikationen

• 3 to 10 years of professional experience in a GMP-regulated industrial environment.
• Experience managing engineering projects with budgets CHF 10,000 to CHF 200,000.
• Strong knowledge of engineering project management, process optimization, and industrial investment projects.
• Proven ability to conduct technical evaluations, feasibility studies, and project planning activities.

Aufgaben

• Lead and coordinate engineering projects from concept development through execution, ensuring delivery within timelines, budgets, and performance objectives.
• Manage planning and execution of small to medium-sized engineering and capital investment projects that support manufacturing operations.
• Develop engineering concepts and provide technical recommendations to stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Prepare project budgets, cost estimates, schedules, and resource plans.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary engineering resources and external contractors for timely project delivery.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, engineering, and regulatory standards.
