Qualifications

• Higher education with a few years of experience in a similar role.
• Ideally knowledge of Product Labeling, PIM and PDM processes.
• Experience in application support and service operations.
• Experience managing external vendors and service providers.
• Strong project management and IT rollout experience.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Ensure stable operation of the Label Frontend (LFE) application landscape including IT and business support.
• Manage and document system changes, enhancements and releases with knowledge transfer.
• Ensure global availability and reliable operation of the Product Data Solutions (PDS) platform.
• Support Label Frontend rollout projects and participate in Fit-Gap analyses and testing.
• Act as primary contact for production plants regarding labeling processes and solutions.
• Coordinate external suppliers and service providers involved in labeling activities.
