Job summary

Abbott, a leader in Established Pharmaceuticals Division, seeks a Senior Product Flow Specialist to govern global product flows, ensuring tax, customs, and supply chain compliance. You will support strategic sourcing, new product introductions, biosimilars, and portfolio expansion.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams, maintain governance and master data, and lead projects to optimize networks, warehouses, and distribution, driving cost efficiency and compliance across regions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5-10 years of pharmaceutical supply chain, distribution, transportation, and logistics operations.
• Experience with ERP and supply chain systems (SAP ECC, SAP APO, TrackWise, Planisware, DARIUS).
• Fluent English; strong cross-functional collaboration and project leadership.

Responsibilities

• Govern EPD's global product flow framework ensuring compliance in flows and financials.
• Lead cross-functional supply chain projects for product flow optimization and network changes.
• Coordinate approval, documentation and communication of new product flows globally.
• Maintain product flow governance and master data accuracy; ensure compliance and transparency.
