Abbott in Allschwil, Switzerland is seeking an EPD Product Flows Expert to govern global product flow framework, ensuring financial, tax, customs, and regulatory compliance across the EPD supply chain.

You will serve as the SME for product flow design, support NPIs and biosimilars, coordinate across global stakeholders, and lead cross-functional projects to optimize networks, warehousing, and distribution.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field.
• 5-10 years of pharmaceutical supply chain, distribution, transportation, and logistics operations.
• Experience with customs and trade compliance in regulated pharma environments.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes and business operations.
• Proven project management experience leading cross-functional initiatives.
• Experience with ERP and SC systems (SAP ECC, SAP APO, TrackWise, Planisware, DARIUS).
• Advanced Excel, Visio, and Power BI skills.

Aufgaben

• Govern global product flow governance, ensuring financial, tax, customs, and compliance requirements are reflected in flows.
• Lead cross-functional supply chain projects on flow optimization, network changes, and warehousing.
• Coordinate product flow changes with regional and local stakeholders across functions.
• Maintain product flow governance databases, documentation, and master data accuracy.
• Provide guidance and training on product flow models and implementation needs.
• Monitor and report on project progress, risks, and milestones to senior leadership.
• Drive continuous improvement to enhance efficiency, service, and cost optimization.
