You will partner with Business Development, Regional Commercial teams and Technical organizations, report to the Chief Procurement Officer, and lead a global team in a dynamic, transformative environment.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years of business experience in regulated procurement or related roles.
• Experience in crop protection or agricultural products industry preferred.
• Proven track record in negotiating large, complex supply agreements.

Aufgaben

• Lead end-to-end 3rd party actives partnerships and sourcing model redesign.
• Define and execute category strategies aligned to portfolio priorities.
• Lead cost competitiveness initiatives and total cost of ownership analyses.
• Develop supplier partnerships and manage performance across cost, quality, reliability.
• Mitigate risks from single-source dependencies and build contingency strategies.
• Coordinate with Technical and Manufacturing teams on cost and capacity alignment.
• Build market intelligence and translate insights into negotiation strategies.
