Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• 8–11 years of professional experience in medical device/pharma sectors, with at least 5 years in relevant roles.
• Experience managing drug or medical device development & commercialization projects, especially combination products.
• Proficiency with MS Project, Smartsheet and Google Suite; knowledge of 21 CFR 820.30 design controls.
• PMP certification is an asset.

Aufgaben

• Translate device strategy into actionable plans with TDTL & DTL, focusing on execution and team dynamics.
• Apply PM best practices for planning, budgeting, scheduling, risk management, and knowledge management.
• Develop and update Design & Development Plans; establish contingency plans and ensure governance across gates.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration and drive timely decision-making and issue resolution.
